The Challenge

In coordination with the Millenium Challenge, Mongolia’s Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs, sought a web-based collateral registry.  Improving Mongolians’ credit access was a key factor in the collateral registry search.

The Solution

The Paradigm team worked closely in Joint Application Design sessions to assess needs and customize the registry to meet business requirements. Thorough testing, training, outreach and implementation support provided a successful launch.
